Go Higher's flat sheet membrane elements are suitable for submerged membrane bioreactors (MBR). The GHM-MBR flat sheet membrane element consists of a membrane sheet, a flow guide cloth, and a flow guide plate. There is a water outlet at the top of the flow guide plate. During suction filtration, the activated sludge in the membrane bioreactor is retained by the membrane, while the filtered water passes through the membrane sheet under negative pressure and is extracted through the water outlet along the flow guide plate.
The engineering-grade flat sheet MBR membrane elements include two series: GHM-150 and GHM-80, with effective membrane areas of 1.5 m² and 0.8 m², respectively. These products are designed to deliver efficient and reliable performance in various MBR applications.

Go Higher’s Flat Sheet Membrane Features:
1. High Strength and Chemical Stability
Go Higher’s flat sheet membrane use polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as the primary material. PVDF is a fluorinated polymer known for its exceptional physical strength and chemical stability.
The PVDF material exhibits strong resistance to chemicals, ensuring a long membrane lifespan.
2. Nano-Modified Flat Sheet Membrane Material
Go Higher's nano-modified flat sheet membrane are created by blending nanoparticles and polymer modifiers with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Impact modifiers and appropriate fillers are added to achieve surface modification of the membrane material. This modification enhances the membrane's anti-fouling properties and increases its water permeability. The nano-modified flat sheet membrane features uniform pore size distribution, high flux, low contact angle, and excellent anti-fouling performance.
3. High Flux and Low Resistance
The membrane exhibits high flux and low filtration resistance, ensuring efficient and energy-saving operation.
Go Higher Flat Sheet Membrane Element Features:
1. Ideal Structure
The membrane element uses new ABS resin plates as the support for the flat sheet membrane. It features a unique flow channel design and flow guide grid, which reduce resistance and enable gravity filtration.
2. Specialized Welding Lines and Welding Method
The design incorporates double diamond-shaped welding lines and uses thermal fusion welding technology. This ensures a strong bond between the membrane sheet and the ABS plate, with minimal deformation, no leaks, and no weak welds.
3. Reinforced Water Collection Port Design
The water collection port is designed with reinforced features to prevent damage during installation, avoiding the need to discard the entire plate due to port damage. The independently developed membrane material has a narrow pore size distribution, porosity exceeding 70%, high flux, and low filtration resistance.
