  •         Qingda Guohua produces high-quality flat membranes using advanced membrane technology, suitable for chemical wastewater, hazardous waste disposal center wastewater, hospital (medical) wastewater, municipal wastewater, rural wastewater, landfill leachate, and wastewater treatment and reuse in the light industry and food sectors.

            This product was recognized as a national key new product in 2014 and won the Beijing Science and Technology Award in 2017, receiving support from the National Ministry of Science and Technology and the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission's technology innovation fund multiple times.

            Qingda Guohua flat membrane elements can be used in submerged membrane bioreactors (MBR). The GHM-MBR flat membrane elements consist of membrane sheets, flow distribution fabric, and flow distribution plates, with an outlet at the top of the flow distribution plate. During suction filtration, the activated sludge in the membrane bioreactor is retained in the reactor by the membrane, and under negative pressure, the water filtered through the membrane sheet is drawn out along the flow distribution plate through the outlet. The engineering flat MBR membrane elements include two series: GHM-150 and GHM-80, with effective membrane areas of 1.5㎡ and 0.8㎡ respectively.

    Note: The water production may vary significantly for different water qualities and materials. Users should conduct sufficient tests. This parameter is the initial filtration flux of a single membrane sheet under conditions of 20℃ and -10Kpa suction vacuum when treating municipal wastewater, unit: liters/(piece·day).

    Characteristics of Qingda Guohua flat membrane sheets:

    (1) High strength and chemical stability

    Qingda Guohua flat membranes use polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as the main material. PVDF is a fluorinated polymer with strong physical strength and chemical stability. The PVDF material has strong resistance to chemicals and a long membrane lifespan.

    (2) Nano-modified flat membrane materials

    Qingda Guohua's nano-modified flat membranes use nanoparticles and polymer modifiers blended with polytetrafluoroethylene, adding impact modifiers and appropriate fillers to surface-modify the membrane material, improving its anti-pollution performance and increasing its permeability. The nano-modified flat membrane has a uniform pore diameter distribution, high flux, small contact angle, and good anti-pollution characteristics.

    (3) Large membrane flux and low resistance

    Characteristics of Qingda Guohua flat membrane elements:
    (1) Ideal structure
    Using a brand new ABS resin board as the support for the flat membrane sheet, with a unique flow channel design and flow distribution grid, resulting in low resistance and enabling gravity filtration.
    (2) Unique welding line and welding method
    Designed with a double diamond-shaped welding line, using hot melt welding, ensuring the membrane sheet is firmly welded to the ABS board, with beautiful weld seams, minimal deformation, and no missed or false welds.
    (3) Reinforced water collection port design
    The reinforced design of the water collection port prevents the entire board from being scrapped due to damage from installation errors. The independently developed membrane material has a narrow pore diameter distribution, with porosity exceeding 70%, large membrane flux, and low filtration resistance.
