Project Overview: The sewage treatment project of a hospital in Shandong was originally designed as "AO fiber filtration and Disinfection" process. After transformation, the "Flat MBR Membrane" process is adopted, and GoHigher’s Flat MBR Membraneare selected, which can completely intercept bacteria and viruses in sewage and avoid secondary pollution of effluent. The transformed sewage disposal facility was reopened in 2019, the MBR unit was stable in operation, and the effluent quality was far better than the "Discharge Standard for Water Pollutants from Medical Institutions" (GB18466-2005) construction scale: the design treatment scale was 0.6MGD. Project Overview The original design of the wastewater treatment project of a hospital in Shandong adopted the “AO + fiber filtration + disinfection” process. After the renovation, the “flat-sheet membrane MBR” process was employed, and the anti-pollution flat-sheet membrane products of Go Higher were selected. These membrane can completely retain bacteria and viruses in the sewage, preventing secondary pollution of the effluent. The renovated wastewater treatment facility was put back into operation in 2019. The MBR unit has been operating stably, and the effluent water quality far exceeds the “Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Medical Institutions” (GB18466 - 2005). Construction Scale The designed treatment capacity is 0.6 MGD.
