Rural sewage treatment


With the rapid development of China's economy and society, sanitary ware, washing machines, bathing facilities, etc. have entered ordinary people's homes, and the per capita daily water consumption and domestic sewage discharge in rural areas have increased rapidly, resulting in a large amount of domestic sewage; however, the rural population is scattered and the population is large. There are no collection and treatment facilities for domestic sewage, which makes rural domestic pollution sources an important factor affecting the water environment, especially in the water source, the reservoir area has a non-negligible impact on water quality. Moreover, it directly endangers the health of farmers and easily leads to the occurrence and spread of some epidemic diseases.

1. Water quality characteristics:

① The distribution of sewage is scattered, involving a wide range, strong randomness, prevention and control is very difficult, the pipe network collection system is not perfect, extensive discharge, basically no sewage treatment facilities;

② Low concentration of rural domestic sewage, change

The nature of most rural domestic sewage is not much different, the water quality fluctuates greatly, and the biodegradability is strong;

The sewage discharged by the circle is of poor quality, but it can be used as fertilizer in the septic tank.
2. Water quantity characteristics:
① The amount of domestic sewage in general rural areas is relatively small. Except for small towns, the general rural population lives scattered, the amount of water is relatively small, and the amount of domestic sewage produced is also small;
②The large coefficient of variation and the similar living rules of residents lead to the rural domestic sewage discharge volume being larger sooner or later than during the day, and the water discharge volume at night is small, and even may be cut off, and the water volume changes obviously.

 

The existing engineering practice shows that Qingda Guohua flat membrane MBR system has the following advantages in rural sewage treatment:

(1) According to the treatment scale, the flexibility and convenience of the equipment can be increased according to the small water plant or integrated design, which is especially suitable for the treatment of decentralized, small and changeable rural sewage.

(2) Compared with the hollow fiber membrane bioreactor, the flat membrane bioreactor can maintain a stable operation of high flux (flux is the water yield of the membrane) at a higher activated sludge concentration, and the requirement for pretreatment is lower.

(3) The use of flat membrane increases the service life of the membrane element, the flat membrane is convenient to install, simplifies the installation difficulty of the membrane element, and makes the maintenance of the equipment very easy.

(4) The flat membrane has stronger fouling resistance, which is beneficial to improve the sludge concentration in the equipment and increase the treatment effect of the equipment.

(5) Combined with the environmental service system, it can be unattended, regular inspection, and reduce maintenance.
