Coal Chemical Industry Wastewater Treatment
Coal chemical industry refers to the process of converting coal into gas, liquid, and solid fuels as well as chemicals through chemical processing. It mainly includes coal gasification, liquefaction, dry distillation, tar processing, and calcium carbide acetylene chemical processes.
Wastewater discharged by coal chemical enterprises is primarily high-concentration coal gas washing wastewater, containing a large amount of toxic and harmful substances such as phenols, cyanides, oils, and ammonia nitrogen. The comprehensive wastewater typically has a CODcr of around 5000 mg/L and ammonia nitrogen of 200–500 mg/L. The organic pollutants in the wastewater include phenols, polycyclic aromatic compounds, and nitrogen-, oxygen-, and sulfur-containing heterocyclic compounds, making it a typical industrial wastewater with hard-to-degrade organic compounds.
Technical Advantages Existing engineering practices demonstrate that the Go Higher Flat Sheet Membrane MBR System offers the following advantages in coal chemical wastewater treatment:
1. The system adopts the "hydrolysis acidification + A/O + membrane bioreactor (MBR)" process. Hydrolysis acidification further improves the biodegradability of the wastewater, while the high-concentration sludge reflux in the MBR enhances the sludge concentration in the A/O process unit, more efficiently removing ammonia nitrogen and CODcr, ensuring stable and compliant effluent quality.
2. Low production of excess sludge. The process can operate under high volumetric loading and low sludge loading, resulting in minimal excess sludge production and reduced sludge treatment costs.
3. Convenient operation and management, easy to achieve automatic control. The process completely separates hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge retention time (SRT), making operation control more flexible and stable. As a new technology easily adaptable to equipment in wastewater treatment, it enables microcomputer automatic control, simplifying operation and management
