Coal chemical industry wastewater treatment


Coal chemical industry refers to the process of converting coal into gas, liquid and solid fuels and chemicals through chemical processing. It mainly includes coal gasification, liquefaction, dry distillation, tar processing and calcium carbide acetylene chemical industry.

 

 

The wastewater discharged by coal chemical enterprises is mainly high concentration coal gas washing wastewater, which contains a large amount of phenol, cyanide, oil, ammonia nitrogen and other toxic and harmful substances. The CODcr in the comprehensive wastewater is generally about 5000mg/l, and the ammonia nitrogen is 200-500mg/l. The organic pollutants contained in the wastewater include phenols, polycyclic aromatic compounds and heterocyclic compounds containing nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur, etc. It is a typical industrial wastewater containing refractory organic compounds.

The existing engineering practice shows that Qingda Guohua flat membrane MBR system has the following advantages in coal chemical wastewater treatment:

(1) The "hydrolysis acidification A/O membrane bioreactor (MBR)" process is adopted to further improve the biodegradability of wastewater through hydrolysis acidification, and the concentration of sludge in the/O process unit is increased through the reflux of high concentration sludge in the membrane bioreactor (MBR), so as to remove ammonia nitrogen and CODcr in wastewater more efficiently, so that the effluent can reach the standard stably.

(2) The residual sludge production is low, the process can be operated under high volume load and low sludge load, the residual sludge production is low, and the sludge treatment cost is reduced.

(3) convenient operation and management, easy to realize automatic control. The process realizes the complete separation of hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge retention time (SRT), and the operation control is more flexible and stable. It is a new technology that is easy to realize equipment in sewage treatment, and can realize microcomputer automatic control, thus making operation and management more convenient.
