MBR Flat Membrane Module
The flat membrane module consists of a membrane tank and an aeration tank. The membrane tank includes a frame, guide plate, and collecting pipe, with flat membrane elements spaced apart within the frame via the guide plate. The collecting pipe is used to gather the clean water produced by each flat membrane element; the aeration tank is equipped with aeration pipes to supply air to the flat membranes.
The GHM flat membrane module is divided into two main series: 150 type and 80 type, each series containing 9 different configurations of membrane elements. The number of membrane elements increases in increments of 20, for example, GHM150-40, GHM150-60, up to GHM150-200. The same applies to the 80 type. Additionally, customization is available based on customer requirements.
Flat Membrane AccessoriesUsed to fix the membrane elements, ensuring they are spaced evenly within the membrane tank.
Used to collect the water produced by each flat membrane.
Used to connect the flat membrane elements to the collecting pipe. When the turbidity of the system's output water does not meet standards, the transparent silicone hose can quickly locate the damaged membrane element.
Used to secure the flat membrane elements.
Used to supply air to the flat membrane elements, providing a physical scrubbing of the membrane surface with a gas-liquid mixture.

In case of a single element failure, it can be quickly located and replaced using the silicone hose, without the need to disassemble the entire membrane frame.

Can achieve cleaning of domestic wastewater every 3-6 months, without the need for backwashing or offline cleaning, simply restoring membrane performance through online chemical cleaning.ABS
