MBR Flat Sheet Membrane Module
The flat sheet membrane module consists of a membrane box and an aeration box. The membrane box includes a frame, guide plates, and a collection pipe. Flat sheet membrane elements are spaced apart within the frame via the guide plates, and the collection pipe is used to gather the clean water produced by each flat sheet membrane element. The aeration box is equipped with an aeration tube, which supplies air to the flat sheet membranes.
The GHM flat sheet membrane module is divided into two main series: the 150 series and the 80 series. Each series includes 9 different configurations with varying numbers of membrane elements. The number of membrane elements increases in increments of 20, for example, GHM150-40, GHM150-60, up to GHM150-200. The 80 series follows the same pattern. Additionally, customized configurations can be provided according to client requirements.
Flat Sheet Membrane Accessories
Guide Plates
Used to fix membrane elements, ensuring they are evenly spaced within the membrane box.
Collection Pipe
Used to gather the produced water from each flat sheet membrane.
Silicone Hose
Used to connect flat sheet membrane elements to the collection pipe. When the turbidity of the system's output water does not meet standards, the transparent silicone hose can quickly help locate the damaged membrane element.
Rubber Strips and Cover Plates
Used to secure the flat sheet membrane elements.
Aeration Tube
Used to supply air to the flat sheet membrane elements, providing a gas-liquid mixture for physical scrubbing of the membrane surface.

Note: The flat sheet membrane module consists of two parts: the membrane box and the aeration box. The membrane tank unit includes a membrane support, flat sheet membrane elements, guide rail plates, water collection pipes, and silicone hoses. The aeration tank includes aeration pipes.

It can meet different needs under various environmental conditions, ranging from small - scale equipment for shallow water to large - scale sewage treatment plants.2.Simple membrane replacement process
Thanks to the unique structural design of the membrane module, each membrane element can be separately inserted and removed. In case of a fault in a single membrane element, it can be quickly located and replaced through the silicone hose without disassembling the entire membrane rack.
3.Long cleaning cycle and easy maintenance
For domestic sewage, the membrane needs to be cleaned only once every 3 - 6 months. There is no need for backwashing or offline cleaning. The membrane performance can be restored through online chemical cleaning.
4.Energy - saving
With the independently developed aeration pipes, a good cleaning effect can be achieved even with a relatively small air volume, achieving high energy efficiency in the industry.
