Protection of Intellectual Property Rights | Destruction of Counterfeit and Inferior Commodities Held in Ningdong GOHIGHER

On September 13, the Office of the Leading Group for the Coordination and Promotion of the Construction of a National Quality Power and the General Administration of Market Supervision jointly organized the 2023 national unified destruction of infringing, counterfeit and shoddy goods. The Ningxia branch venue was located in the Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base, and the destruction operation site was located in Ningxia Ningdong GOHIGHER Environmental Resources Co., Ltd. The destruction included more than 100 kinds of fake and shoddy goods in six categories, including fake and shoddy food, medicine, daily consumer goods, medical equipment, industrial products and gas stoves, totaling 22.92 tons.

After receiving the destruction task arranged by the Market Supervision Bureau, Ningdong GOHIGHER carefully organized this operation and received a total of 21 counterfeit and shoddy goods from the Autonomous Region Market Supervision Department, Yinchuan Market Supervision Administration, and Yinchuan Drug Administration. According to the different characteristics of counterfeit and shoddy commodities, the materials are fed by batches and enclosed hoists, and incinerated and destroyed on the spot. In March 2022, Ningdong GOHIGHER cooperated with Yinchuan Market Supervision and Administration Bureau to destroy more than 60000 fake and inferior confiscated items.
